We request payment at the time services are rendered. A private-pay patient's first visit is $250, with follow-up appointments at $150. This does not include labs, X-rays, or injections.
Family physicians treat the healthcare needs of patients of all ages, both male and female. However, we are not a pediatrician's office, so any care given to minor children will only be done at the discretion of the physicians.

Both complete 4 years of medical school and residency. DOs (Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine) receive additional training in the musculoskeletal system (bones, muscles, nerves) and can perform osteopathic manipulations.
If your prescription has automatic refills, please contact your pharmacy. For prescriptions without automatic refills, please schedule an office visit.
Most insurance companies require a referral to cover their portion of services. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm if a referral is needed.
You must sign a Medical Records Release form at the new facility you will be treated at. This allows us to release your information under HIPAA regulations. Please allow two weeks for processing.
